What's New in Call Essentials?
The Call Essentials has had a number of enhancements to make it easier for users to focus on selling.
Usability improvements have been added to make the reports even more intuitive. Based on user feedback, a number of chart views have been added to make insights visually appealing when sharing with customers.
A new Ranging Targets report now makes it easy to show distribution and gaps by product and build a dynamic target list for each ranging opportunity.

The data selection in the Sales Journal report has been made easier to select the latest day, week or month to date. Custom dates can be used to select a specific date or time period.

New Views

The Customer Sales Details report now has an additional chart view to that clearly displays:

Product ranking

Growth products
-
Declining products

The Portfolio Performance Report
report now has an additional chart view to that clearly displays:

Product ranking

Growth products
-
Declining products


A new Segment Performance table view and chart view has been added to the Portfolio Performance report.
For businesses with large wine portfolios, this enables clear viability of varietal size, growth and decline.
The table view adds an additional level of detail to deliver a comprehensive view on performance.Performance’.

New Ranging Targets Report

An additional button has been added to the Customer Reports menu called Ranging Targets.

The report has two views:
-
Summary view that details the distribution of the selected products and customers that have purchased all products
-
Ranging Opportunities that detail the 'opportunity' customers and products.
